- Sarah Rojas, also known as Sarah Energy, is an emotional healing practitioner, clinical social work intern, and author of the books canSER: A Process of Transformation and Beyond Our Body. Her work integrates traditional mental health training with holistic practices, inviting readers and clients to reconnect with their emotional truth and inner power.

After a successful career in marketing and economics in Venezuela, Sarah’s life took a transformative turn following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2017. This experience awakened her deeper purpose: guiding others on a path of healing, consciousness, and self-discovery.

She holds certifications in multiple energy healing modalities, including The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson, EFT/Tapping through The Tapping Solution, and ThetaHealing®. Sarah is currently in her final year of a Master’s in Social Work in the U.S., where she combines academic training in mental health with her intuitive, spiritual approach to healing.

Sarah began writing in 2011, sharing reflections and emotional insights through her blog. Her first book, ©canSER: A Process of Transformation, narrates her personal journey of spiritual awakening, emotional release, and inner strength. Her second book, ©Beyond Our Body, published in 2025, is a guide to transcending physical and mental limitations and rediscovering the energy within. Both books are available in English and Spanish.

Through her platform, Sarah Energy, she offers workshops, writings, and emotional therapy services to conscious individuals seeking a deeper connection with themselves. Her mission is to help others achieve lasting emotional balance by merging the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of healing.
